She has developed and implemented transformational programs and outcomes for numerous institutions, including the Smithsonian Institution, Princeton University and others. She is a sought-after global thought leader by organizations around the world on Diversity & Inclusion and Global Talent Management trends, best practices, strategies and solutions. She holds professional certifications in Human Capital and Diversity Management from Cornell University and is also a certified Conflict Mediator and an executive leadership Coach. She is also a Professional Speaker as designated by the National Speakers Association.
